Welcome to WOAD LLC—a company founded by Lisa Alexander, whose journey from a successful corporate career to real estate investment embodies the spirit of chasing a dream. Inspired by Bruce Springsteen’s 2009 hit, "Working on a Dream," Lisa took a bold step in 2021 by purchasing her first multi-family property during the challenging Covid era.
Today, WOAD LLC proudly manages four properties totaling 19 apartment units. Our portfolio features quality, affordable rentals in highly convenient locations, ensuring easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major employers. At WOAD LLC, we are committed to providing reliable property management and fostering communities where residents feel at home.
